Molecular Genetics Laboratory
Molecular genetics laboratory is a research laboratory where basic and advanced molecular techniques are applied and high technology facilities are available to closely follow current researches.
In our laboratory;
- DNA/RNA isolation,
- Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR),
- Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) analysisby RT-PCR method,
- Variant analyzesby PCR-RFLP method,
- Variant analysis with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology,
- SNP detectionand gene expression profiling with micro array technology,
- Gene expression by RT-PCR method,
- Gel imaging is performed.
Our laboratory offers researchers two different possibilities. While one of them is that our researchers benefit from our laboratory through "service procurement", theother is that the laboratory is "allocated to there searcher" and opened to there searcher for the directuse of the laboratory by there searcher's own expenses, accompanied by an expert with in our unit.
