It consists of 5 units.

The common mission of our center;
To carry out strategic and high value-added studies in regional, national and international studies.
To identify the problems encountered, to do theoretical and applied research for the solution of these problems and to encourage doing.
To increase research in basic science and engineering in order to develop and disseminate innovative technologies.
To gain the ability to work with academic, public and private institutions, to carry out R&D studies and to provide coordination in this field.

The common vision of our center;
Carrying out the most up-to-date studies not only with regional and country-wide studies, but also with the whole world and being a pioneer in its field,
Bringing well-equipped scientists from Turkey and abroad together and providing a suitable environment for them to carry out up-to-date studies,
To be a leading, exemplary, respected research center that plays an active role by constantly improving itself in terms of knowledge and equipment in parallel with the continuous progress of science and technology.
